Klick Internet Services Limited T/A walesdirectory.co.uk the company referred to as (KIS).The hotel owner, Guest house owner, B&B owner referred to as (MEMBER).

Hotel Accommodation Description And Room Rates

KIS is not responsible for the accuracy of information rendered by any individual's hotel, guest house or Bed & Breakfast MEMBER establishment listed on our Web Pages. The information has been provided by the participating businesses establishment as a public record. KIS makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the content listed herein, the subject matter included herein, or the completeness or accuracy of the listings. All the information has been submitted by participating MEMBERS and they are responsible for content presented on the Web pages.

Fees & Commissions

Hotels

Commission Members agree to allow KIS to collect a deposit from the guest at the time of the accommodation reservation taking place. The deposit being equal to a commission of 10% plus vat of the total value of the reservation for hotels, guest houses and B&B establishments. The property owner then collects the balance, less the reservation deposit, according to your normal terms and conditions.

Cottages

The guest pays KIS a 15% plus vat deposit at the time of booking, the reservation fee being equal to the agreed 15% plus VAT commission. The property owner then collects the balance, less the reservation deposit, according to your normal terms and conditions. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the total booking value charged to the customer.

Billing And Payment

The guest pays a deposit at the actual time of booking to KIS, the deposit being the commission agreed by the MEMBER in KIS'S Internet Reservation Promotion Package and the MEMBER agrees to collect the balance, less the deposit according to your normal terms and conditions. The MEMBER agrees that KIS can deduct agreed commission fee from the guest direct at the time the reservation takes place.

Control Panel Data Entry

MEMBERS are not permitted to enter any contact details for the MEMBER's accommodation into any of the control panel fields with the exception of "Booking Notification Email" under "Property Details". The following is not an exhaustive list of contact details which are strictly forbidden in any fields with the exception of the aforementioned: Email Addresses, Telephone Numbers, Faximilie Numbers and Website Address. Any attempts to directly or indirectly hide or mask contact details within any of the control panel fields will be taken as a direct beach of the terms and conditions.

Tourist Board Accreditation

Only MEMBERS who are accredited by the UK Tourist Board may be accepted by KIS. For Establishments who are not Tourist Board accredited, we strongly suggest registering with the Tourist Board and be inspected and accredited for around £80.

Room Availability

It is the responsibility of the MEMBER to ensure that room availability, visible to the Internet browser is accurate and up to date at all times and any rooms sales generated independently of KIS room sales is integrated and updated on the MEMBER'S availability section to prevent incorrect or over booking.

Over Booking or Incorrect Booking

It is the responsibility of the MEMBER to ensure that room availability, visible to the Internet browser is accurate and up to date at all times and any rooms sales generated independently of KIS room sales is integrated and updated on the MEMBER'S availability section to prevent incorrect or over booking. In the unlikely event of over booking or incorrect booking caused by the MEMBER'S failure to comply with KIS'S obligations. The MEMBER shall find the guest alternative accommodation of equal or of a better standard and provide, if need be, complimentary transport to and from the alternative accommodation and make good any variations in room rates charged by the alternative accommodation and the MEMBER will be responsible for crediting the guest the sum equivalent to the deposit of 15% plus vat which was initially paid by the guest to KIS at the time of booking. If the MEMBER cancels any reservations due to the MEMBER'S failure to comply with KIS obligations with regards to accurate and up to date availability, then the MEMBER shall refund the guest any deposit paid to KIS.

Disclaimer of Warranty

KIS take care to ensure that the Service and Sites remain fully functioning. However it may, on occasions be necessary to close or suspend provision of any of the Services on the Sites for the purposes of repair, maintenance or development. Also, access to the Sites by guests or operation of any of the Services by You may be interrupted by circumstances beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility (to the extent permitted by law) for any error, omission, interruption, defect, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or other failure to provide the Service and Sites.

Term and Termination of Agreement

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party upon ninety (90) days prior written notice. However, you cannot terminate this Agreement for convenience within the first twelve (12) months of the commencement of this Agreement. Should a MEMBER wish to terminate this agreement within the first twelve (12) months a termination fee of £100 will be payable by the MEMBER to KIS. This termination fee is to cover expenditure incurred by KIS in setting up the online reservation system for the MEMBER.

Intellectual Property Rights

MEMBERS do not acquire any rights relating to KIS trademarks, patents, database rights and copyright relating to the Service. It remains the MEMBER'S sole responsibility to protect the copyright, trade marks, trade names contained in the Information.
